skeletons in the closet

I started my packing tonight and that has given me a much needed push to clean out my wardrobe closet.

I cannot believe I fit into some of these old clothes. And some are still too good to give away to Goodwill. Most are only Tshirts with memorable charity run/walk/bike events on it, but they're going back into the 'Must Keep' tote box.

I'm going to end up shipping 2 boxes and bringing 1 large M.E.C duffel bag, 1 large Swiss suitcase, and carrying on 1 smaller M.E.C. duffel and my Northface backpack.

So to avoid any potential stoppages, I will be carrying on some of my clothes, rolled up to save space. No toiletries, VCDs or headphones.

That's right, who cares if I get off the plane stinky and greasy, as long as terrorism is thwarted.

Grace to you, Vien

I think that they're going way overboard re:the carry-on rules. If people have already *cleared* security without any liquid-like substance, why can't they go and buy a bottle of water for the flight inside the gate? There are gonna be a lot of dehydrated passengers....
