Lucky number 13

I used to be such a runner, but nowadays, the thought of wearing sweats or shorts other than to slum around feels like work. Walking is more my style now, but don't attribute it to getting old! :) It's the idea that all you need are a pair of comfy shoes and off you go.

Did a 1.5hr walk this evening, past the U, around Hawrelak, then back to 109th. Lots of people at the park. Guess many Edmontonians are treating it like summer has already begun. I still need much much hotter weather to concur. Hmmm....maybe weather like in Phoenix, AZ or somethin'. ;)

The Tim's contest is basically over now. Only X-Large cups available for rolling at the Tim's near my place. Of course I still tried for it, even though it's the most coffee I have ever drank from one cup, ever. And lucky number 13 rolled up to reveal....a free donut.

Yay, there is hope and redemption.
