2006 brought with it freedom for me as I no longer had any commitments to church.
So I threw it wide open and am seeking where God would want me.
This included knocking on all sorts of doors so far in this new year. Even applying for and considering a job in Houston, Texas. In the end, even though it would be working with pretty cool technology, it meant a lifestyle of living on boats for long periods of time doing marine surveying.
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart (most of the time, check)
and lean not on your own understanding; (yep, cuz I don't think I know anything anymore!)
in all your ways acknowledge him, (definitely)
and he will make your paths straight" Proverbs 3:5,6
and then there were....
so today I found out that another door is closed. That makes 2 this week. Will keep on praying.

Sorry to hear about the closed door. However, that only means that there will be other doors opening to compensate!! We will definitely keep you in our prayers; I'm sure something will come your way soon.
