I woke up at 4am this morning and was at the airport by 5:15am. Everything in re: Tucson had been going so smoothly to date. From my initial contact to awesome communcation with the Tucson side to sorting out the proper documents and letters of employment.
So what dejection and disppointment when US immigration denied my work visa application. My work HR sent me under the wrong application. There's another one which Immigration said I would qualify for, but it'll cost about $690US in processing fees instead of $55US.
How does one follow God's lead? By open doors? By smooth goings?
I will try to maintain my attitude towards this as from the onset, if it is God's will...
I've rebooked my flight for Thurs. morning, so if it is God's will, my company will still proceed.
If it is God's will, the Tucson office will still be as welcoming as before.
If it is God's will, He will renew my excitement about this opportunity.
And if it is God's will, my Edm manger will still be as helpful as before.
Grace to you, vien

Hey Vieners,
Wow, sounds "hawt"! ha ha.
Well, I sure hope you are enjoying it down there. Take in as much as you can.
Are you ending your trip early?
Praying for you.
Wow...that's quite the roadblock, Viener! I say, ride out the storm and see what happens - it may yet be too early to discern God's will on this adventure.
In the meantime, I agree with the Wackies; enjoy yourself and have a good time taking in the sights, smells and sounds of Tucson!
I'll be praying... =)
Hey guys,
They didn't even let me get on the plane to go to Tucson.
I'm still in Edmonton, brutal huh.
But you're right, it's too early to tell. Only time will.
